A Wedding fit for a Prince and Princess…

Gemma and Ryan

It was a beautiful sunny day on 12th August when we set off for Gemma and Ryan’s wedding at the beautiful Kinettles Castle. Entering up the long drive surrounded by trees and stunning views from every angle, we were met with this stunning venue.
We met Gemma, her Bridesmaids and her Mum in a secluded room, where they were getting their hair and makeup done. We took Gemma’s beautiful wedding dress, shoes and bouquets of flowers and got some lovely photos of them while they finished getting ready. There was so many incredible locations around Kinettles to get photos.
We then went to meet Ryan and get photos of him and his Groomsmen outside and around Kinettles in amongst the trees, these made for some lovely natural images.
Once we finished with the guys, we went back up to Gemma’s room to take some more photos…this time of them having some chill time before getting ready, we got some really nice images of the ladies sipping bubbly, giggling and enjoying the last moments of Gemma being a Brown before becoming a Taylor.
The ceremony itself was intimate and perfect…with all their family and friends surrounding them. Before they became husband and wife, they did a hand tie where the Tartan from both their families was used to wrap round their hands and once they pulled their hands apart the tartan became a knot and both families became one….and the knot was tied…..literally!
After Gemma and Ryan had time to greet their guests and mingle…we whisked them away for some photos of the two of them as newlyweds…You could just see the love between them.
With a lot of family and friends at the wedding we took some time out to get the formal photos done of them with all their family members, bridemaids, groomsmen, flower girls and guests before it was time to sit down for the meal and the speeches.

After the meal they popped out for some more images in the romantic sunset.
